Nestled in the heart of West Yorkshire, a concept was born - unique furniture, locally designed, locally manufactured. Furniture made to function with in-built design flexibility. Home & Love needed more than aesthetic—it needed resonance. That’s where we came in: to help Home & Love be felt as much as seen.
Our work began with immersion. Through collaborative workshops, we uncovered the brand’s core truth: that design should be a liberating, emotional journey. From that foundation, we built a brand ecosystem that invited people to dream, touch, and belong. Every detail—from visual identity to copy, from tactile print to seamless digital—was carefully considered to evoke a quiet confidence and a sense of homecoming.
We redesigned the Shopify store as an editorial experience: inspiring, intuitive, and rooted in storytelling. We introduced invisible automations, streamlined product updates, and synced product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Offline, our marketing took the form of curated billboards, hand-delivered invitations, and ambient social content tailored to spark curiosity within the local design community.
In just 12 weeks, Home & Love saw a 3,200% increase in Instagram engagement, a 1,600% spike in website traffic, and a 900% growth in email conversations. But the real shift was atmospheric—Home & Love was developed to become more than a showroom. It became a destination and a place where identity and lifestyle converged.
