When the founder of an upmarket hair studio approached us to create a signature line of haircare products, the goal was clear: deliver a refined, high-quality range tailored specifically for afro-textured hair, reflecting the same elegance as their salon experience.
We began with deep discovery sessions, understanding both the founder’s vision and the unique needs of their clientele. Through rounds of formulation and sampling, we collaborated on three cornerstone products: a nourishing shampoo, a restorative conditioner, and a lightweight, high-performance hair oil. Each product was designed with care, featuring ingredients and textures that honoured afro hair needs while standing out in a competitive market.
Branding was developed in parallel. We explored packaging aesthetics, label systems, and design elements that would speak to a dual-market audience across the UK and Dubai. The final outcome was a sleek, aware identity that balanced minimalism with richness. A brand that felt as good in a luxury salon as it did on a boutique shelf.
What emerged was more than a product line, it brought the salon’s ethos into the hands and homes of its clients.
